God knows how to refresh our souls and uplift our spirits. We were blessed by this email from a client and it would be an honor to share it to you. Here it is:
We would just like to convey our heartfelt gratitude for being one of our best suppliers during our wedding last May 2, 2009! Until now, we are raving with the beauty of our wedding rings, and we could not help but smile as we recount our experience with you…
When I first dropped by your store in Glorietta in August 2008, I was there just to window shop and look for inspiration on how I wanted our wedding ring would look like. And as I peered at your glass cases, that really gave me a headache! Such beautiful rings! I could not decide which I like best, but I definitely put a note in my head that I’m going back. I was not sure then if we were to buy from your store, with our budget only at Php 10,000 and the prices ranged from Php 15,000 and up, but I just can’t get over the beauty of the rings. (Plus, Cindy Martin was so nice to accommodate me, letting me try on the different rings without the assurance that I’m buying one, AND she does not hover or pressure me to buy anything. When I said I am going back, which is a tell-tale sign that the customer may not be coming back, she was still friendly and not snotty at all!)
I brought up the subject with my would-be-husband-then, around November 2008. He was diagnosed with a mild stroke, and we were off to Makati for his regular check up. Considering his condition, we decided not to try Ongpin for the rings for the time being, but instead, just visit your showroom.
He was quite hesitant at first, thinking it was too classy, with the designs and all, but he was actually captivated with it! We tried several rings, debated which I like which he doesn’t, what he likes that I don’t, (Cindy was very patient again, together with Randy who gave us tips which is very educational, despite the fact that we were not decided to buy from the store)… until he saw one particular ring that he found nice and elegant…

There was no delay whatsoever during our fitting (although we were slightly sad that the store in Glorietta was moved to Megamall… we live in Las Pinas and it really is too much trouble with traffic), our demands were met and exceeded our expectations (when we asked for adjustments, and further imrovement on the ring, we were met with a positive demeanor, unlike some who would be mildly irritated with our feedback), and we got the ring on time! Even earlier than expected! And on the day that we got the ring, it was no less than Mr. Allan who accommodated us. Such personalized service! It gives us that reassurance that you care enough for your clients!
And what happened to our budget? We thought it was really a good investment, and so we closed our eyes, and made a mental adjustment on our wedding budget… we just had to have the ring, no matter what the cost!
And we never regretted it… the only thing that really marred it was that we should have gotten the engagement ring from your store, too! Oh well… (who knows, maybe hubby will be hit by the love bug and buy me a second engagement ring… or better yet, prepare one for our renewal of vows! hehe!)
